FH Taxaties is a nationwide valuation agency specializing in building and inventory valuations for insurance, financing, and tax purposes. We carry out appraisals for mortgage lenders, insurance companies, homeowners' associations, investors, retailers, municipalities, social institutions, housing associations, SMEs, and private individuals, among others.
FH Taxaties was founded in 2020. Shortly after its establishment, it joined forces with several experienced senior appraisers. Thanks to this combination of expertise and practical experience, FH Taxaties has quickly grown into a medium-sized and leading appraisal firm within the industry.
Our registered appraisers are listed with the NRVT (Dutch Register of Real Estate Appraisers) and/or VRT (United Register of Appraisers) and have decades of appraisal experience. This enables us to provide reliable, objective, and well-founded appraisals that meet the requirements of mortgage lenders, insurance companies, and other market parties.
